These terms and
conditions apply to any use of jazzscript.co.uk.
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time: information
concerning any amendment will be posted on this web site. When books
are ordered, the terms that apply shall be those that you accepted
when you placed your order.
These terms of contract do not affect customers' statutory rights.
Contracts between customer and jazzscript.co.uk
shall be governed by English Law. All payments must be in pounds Sterling.
Contracts between customer and jazzscript.co.uk
will only exist when an order has been accepted and confirmed by email
or letter.
Jazzscript.co.uk will deliver goods to
the delivery address that you supply with your order. Please note
that delivery times are estimates only, and are based on availability,
processing and delivery time. Read how to
order from our site.
Items from one order may be delivered separately. If an item is out
of stock, postage and packing will be charged on the first delivery
only. Where one item has been despatched using one chosen method of
delivery, ,jazzscript.co.uk reserves
the right to amend the method of delivery. All risks of damage or
loss of ordered goods shall pass to you at the time of receipt of
delivery.
If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, we will charge your card
only as we are about to dispatch your order (or part order) and not
before; if we are able to send only part of your order, we will charge
to your credit card only the value of the goods sent at that time.

POSTAGE
AND PACKING

the United Kingdom are as follows:

books not listed on our web site
are sent post free only if they are ordered at the same time as a
book listed on our web site; otherwise we will charge postage at cost.

any CD, DVD or video ordered with a book
will be sent post free

CDs, DVDs or videos ordered on their own will
be charged at the following rates :-
£1.30
for the first CD/DVD/video, thereafter £0.50 for each successive
CD/DVD/video. These items are sent by RECORDED FIRST CLASS POST.
Our postal charges for delivery addresses outside
the United Kingdom are to be charged at cost. We will advise
you of the total charge before we dispatch your order; we will advise
you of this cost by email, fax or post, whichever you prefer.

RETURNS
AND REFUNDS
|
Goods can be returned
to jazzscript.co.uk within seven days
of delivery to you. If you wish to return an item, please contact
us by email or by post with details of your returns request. Returns
authorization and instructions will be sent to you, and these should
be used when making the return; the customer shall be responsible
for the cost of returning the item, and the item must be returned
in an unused and undamaged condition. Refunds will be given on receipt
of the returned item, providing that it is in a satisfactory condition.
Refunds will be given using the method of payment used to purchase
the book.
Where a faulty or incorrect item has been supplied, or an item has
been damaged in transit, please contact us by email or by post with
details of your request. Returns authorization and instructions will
be sent to you, and these should be used when making the return; jazzscript.co.uk
shall be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We will make
all reasonable efforts to replace this item, but if this is not possible,
a full refund will be given to you.

COMPLAINTS

If you have any
complaints about our service, or there is an issue that you feel should
be resolved, please email
or write. We will acknowledge the complaint upon receipt, and reply
in full within seven days.
