We are closed on Sunday.

for the first CD, DVD or video, thereafter £0.50 for each successive
CD/DVD/video. These items are sent by RECORDED FIRST CLASS POST.
Our postal charges for delivery addresses outside
the United Kingdom are to be charged at cost. We will advise
you of the total charge before we dispatch your order; we will advise
you of this cost by email, fax or post, whichever you prefer.

Please ring us with your credit card details, or if you use our order
form, please tick the box which says "Please
ring so that I can give my credit card details." We
will telephone you (on the number you have given) to obtain your payment
details.
You may write to us with details of your payment.
If we experience difficulties with the card number that you have given
us, we will contact you.
Please note that at the moment we do not accept American Express.
We accept cheque payment (please make cheques payable to Wendover
Bookshop - and not Jazzscript).
You may feel happier if you reserve the books by sending your order
to us. If you use our order form, please tick the box which says "Please
reserve these items and I will send a cheque."
We will email you confirming which books are in stock and ready for
immediate despatch, and advise you of anticipated delivery time(s)
for any outstanding items.
We send VAT receipts with our goods, which act also as delivery notes.
Assuming that we have in stock the book(s) and/or item(s) that you
wish to order, we aim to despatch items to you within one working
day of receipt of your order, but will always despatch within two
working days.
Most orders placed with our suppliers come within five or six working
days (even from the United States). Occasionally there are problems
with some items and they may be unavailable, if only temporarily,
with our suppliers. We will advise you of anticipated lead times for
orders, and should any delays occur, we will advise you again, unless
you have instructed us otherwise.
Please note that our advice concerning delivery times are estimates
only, and are based on the known processing procedures of our suppliers
at the time and the information they provide to us.
